pinshape
Summary
This OpenSCAD module allows you to insert hinges into your object that print vertically, fully assembled and with no support material to remove. It represents the negative space of the hinge. Use the OpenSCAD difference() function to remove the negative space from your object. Small internal supports inside each hinge break and allow the hinge to move freely. The height, radius and tolerance are parametrized. The OpenSCAD file includes three example hinges.
Instructions
Print the example hinges or import the OpenSCAD file into your project.
