My 5 year old son has special needs and finds blowing a little tricky and therefore using the regular bubble ring is a little difficult.
I found this design online and decided to model it myself.
Works a treat!
The straw is an old straw from one of his plastic drinking bottles and its diameter is Ø7.1mm.
I found that regular bubble mixture is a little thin and not that effective so pouring some into a smal dish (to dip this into) and then adding a tiny bit of Fairy washing up liquid thickens it slightly giving WAY better results.
The only support needed is the underside of the tube at the top and I used concentric support type so it created a matching ring all the way to the underside of the model.
