Arrow (Pointer) Spinner
Simple arrow spinner made as a replacement game part. Uses a standard 608zz bearing - press in snug fit.
It's unbalanced so it doesn't spin particularly well, but it serves the purpose.
Add a thumb cap and it can spin while flat on a table or game board.
